ART BASED LEARNING

Is there a question that holds space in your head right now?

Which question has occupied you in the recent days, months or perhaps years?

"How do I experience more happiness?", "Why can't I manage to ...", "What is the best choice when it comes to ..."

And? Have a question come to mind? We all have questions like this that take up space in our heads. That sometimes bother us in our work or in our private life. I believe in 3 things: art, creativity and myself. And these aspects all come together during an Art Based Learning session and you can now also experience and apply this for yourself so that you can solve your problem with fresh energy.

Art Based Learning is a valuable and proven method to pay attention to yourself, gain new insights and stimulate your creative capacity. How? By looking at art. Really see. Watch longer. By associeting, by using your imagination, to put yourself in the work of art And by reconnecting that experience with an issue.

Art Based Learning stimulates creativity! Our society is characterized by stimuli, crowds and stress. A world without Whatsapp, Netflix and Social Media is unthinkable. We are constantly busy and do not allow our brains to rest, while rest and leeway are needed for the brain. They ensure that our brain can associate and imagine so that new ideas can be formed.

Customer reviews

“An Art Based Learning session with our team was something new and exciting for everyone. This was not something they would have chosen for everyone on the team. What Roumayne did very well was to make everyone so comfortable. This made everyone very open in the adventure. The best part is the part in which you tell each other about "your" artwork, here both very surprising and very recognizable things were shared. . Highly recommended if you want to do something completely different with your team. It is a very pleasant digital outing, but it also gives the opportunity to to listen to each other in a quiet setting and to connect!”!"
